Honesty and Great Work
It's been a long time since I've found a Repair Shop that doesn't try and up-sell additional and potentially unnecessary work to me. I have been consistently impressed with their honesty every time I've dropped my car off about what ACTUALLY needs to be done and what does not (or what can wait). By valuing their customers and their customers' money, and doing really excellent work, they not only have my business - I'm sending everyone in the area to them.
